How a pre-order works

  1. Choose your platform, edition and account country in the purchase planner and press Pay with Bitcoin.
  2. Your order page opens. It shows the price, the latest delivery date and the money-back guarantee, plus your own bitcoin payment address and the exact amount, held for 30 minutes. Nothing is charged until you send the payment yourself.
  3. Send the amount from your bitcoin wallet or exchange app. After one network confirmation, usually 10–60 minutes, the order page shows that your payment is confirmed.
  4. Keep the order page link private and bookmark it. Your code appears on that page as soon as it is delivered. If it has not been delivered by the date shown, you get a full refund in bitcoin; you can leave a refund address on the same page.

Staying safe

Check that the code's account country matches your own PlayStation or Microsoft account before you pay. Redeem codes only in the official PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store. Never share your order page link, your code or your account password with anyone, including anyone who says they work for GAMEKEY GLOBAL.
