When you get your money back

Pre-order not delivered on time. If your code has not been delivered by the date shown on your order page, you get a full refund.
Code does not work. If the delivered code is invalid or already used, tell us within 7 days. We replace it or refund you in full.
Payment we could not complete. If your payment arrived short or after the payment window and we cannot complete the order, we refund what you sent.

A working code that has been delivered to your order page is not refundable, because it cannot be returned.

Refunds are paid in bitcoin: the full amount of bitcoin we received for the order. We pay the network fee.
Leave your refund address on your order page (the box appears when a refund may be due), or email gamekeyglobal.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the address.
We send the refund within 7 days after it becomes due and we have your address.
